Based on casual luxury ecosystem intention, we create a “minimal fashion” interior concept from marketing’s customer target’s insight, indicating that “those who buy won’t stay, but those who stay won’t buy.” Considering lifestyle of the university students, those who will stay as renters, and combining with the desires of investors and parents as those who will buy, to create a fun but mature environment, which refers back to the definition of “minimal fashion” which is outstanding but timeless. Geometric form is applied to reflect the concept, such as the curve arch and pendent light. Different shades of colors and wooden material create a close-to-nature feeling which contrast with the selection of modern furniture. All these hidden details are the key highlights, giving a sense of gentleness and simple luxury outlook.
